A strength and flexibility workout with some gentle stretching exercises combined with Pilates standing and gentle mat stretching exercises, along with some cardio and toning exercises
Each workout is different so you work out and stretch a variety of muscles each week.
An easy way to tone and stretch and also a great way to either unwind after a long day or prepare your mind and body for the day ahead.
A mat is required.
